My Story

It started with a mug — literally. Back in 2012, I was staring at one with a logo printed on it, thinking about how a bit of writing on a mug makes you actually look at it. That got me wondering: how do they print these things?

A lot of trial and error later (more error than I'd like to admit), I finally cracked it.

I could have gone down the route of competing with the big factories in China churning out mugs by the thousand for huge corporations — but that never appealed to me. I wanted to hand print, in my own studio, for people who've got a bit of a competitive streak — the ones who train hard, chase PBs, and want a mug that gets that about them.

That's where Sweat And Sip came from. Every mug is still hand printed by me, right here in Devon — not mass-produced on a factory line. And because I know you'd rather spend on the mug than the postage, delivery's always free.
